ABSTRACT
Currently, the number of clinical research projects continues to grow. Both sponsors and researchers hope to accelerate medical ethical review efficiency, and the regulatory agencies strengthen the control over the ethical review quality. The ethics committee (EC) offices of medical institutions are relatively insufficient in terms of human resource allocation and archiving space. Combined with the development goals of the EC and the requirements of the homogeneity construction of ethical review, it was urgent to optimize the ethics review process and accelerate the efficiency of ethics review through informatization construction. Through informatization construction, the process management of ethical review could be strengthened, the work steps could be simplified, the ethical review level could be improved, and the supervision ability and efficacy of EC on clinical research could be strengthened, which may provide continuous quality improvement strategies and specific optimization measures for the operation and management of the EC, so as to effectively protect the safety, the rights and interests of subjects.

The establishment of national standards for informatization construction of apheresis plasma and its standardization is conducive to the quality control and supervision of the whole process of raw plasma collection and supply in our country. This article reveals some thoughts and explanations of the developers on the Standards for Basic Functions of Apheresis Plasma Information System(WS/T 786—12021)(referred to as the standard), mainly the connotation of the system, including data sharing and collaboration, information interconnection, system security, information coding, identification technology, Internet of Things technology etc., as well as the functions of the system, including file management of plasma donors, setting up of database, identity verification before plasma collection, control and management of collection process, information management of the whole detection process, plasma labeling time, control methods of labeling and packing, plasma outgoing audit, key material quality inspection, management of quarantine period and other related business of apheresis plasma collection, so that the standard can be better understood and implemented by the colleagues.

OBJECTIVE:To explore new method of prescription comment in medical institutions of Chongqing under the background of"New Medical Reform",and to provide reference for prescription comment innovation and promoting rational drug use in clinic. METHODS:Through analyzing policy background of prescription comment innovation and practice,referring to experience of other regions,the achievements and problems were analyzed by developing centralized prescription comment and prescription comment information construction in municipal and regional (county-level) medical institutions of Chongqing. The countermeasures suggestion was put forward. RESULTS&CONCLUSIONS:The prescriptions of 16 municipal medical institutions were commented centrally,involving more than 300 medical records and 1600 prescriptions or medical orders. The prescriptions of 135 regional (county-level) medical institutions were commented centrally,involving more than 3100 medical records and 12100 prescriptions or medical orders."Chongqing Medical Institution Prescription Comment Key Technology Monitoring System"was established. Above measures innovated centralized prescription comment mode,improved the quality of prescription comment and promoted prescription comment informatization. There were still problems as incomplete coverage of the system,inspection to become a mere formality. It is suggested to strengthen internal quality control of medical institutions by establishing rational drug use scoring management system,developing clinical pharmacist ward round and prescription checking in advance;establish and improve third-party external comment and supervision mechanism;improve the knowledge of prescriptions comment staff in all directions so as to further standardize prescriptions and promote rational drug use in medical institutions.

The paper issues questionnaires to investigate the current status of informatization construction and application in 32 provincial disease prevention and control institutions of China,summarizes the current status of informatization organization and management,standard planning,capital input and allocation,analyzes the problems existing in the process of disease control informatization construction,focuses on the discussion of imbalanced regional development,insufficient capital input,lack of informatization personnel,and lack of informatization security awareness,and proposes corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
